ANDREW BEAUMONT
Andrew Beaumont has decades of experience in providing formations and Company Secretarial Services to public and private companies, accountants, solicitors and their clients. Previous experience includes being a director of Independent Registrars Group (now part of Capita Registrars) and being a consultant with the British Know How Fund which was part of the Overseas Aid Development Agency. He holds and has held a number of company secretarial positions and directorships in private and UK listed companies.
