Like many companies which have struggled through the Covid pandemic, but are now emerging stronger, we have been delayed in the production and filing of our annual financial statements. Additionally, pressures on resources and the ability to travel to clients’ premises have caused the required audit processes to take longer than normal. 

As a result, we now anticipate publishing and filing our Group Accounts to 31 December 2020 by the end of October 2022. We plan to publish our accounts to 31 March 2021 by the end of this year. It is anticipated that the 2021’s accounts will show a marked improvement in our profitability as we moved from physical events to running our training online.
